At the Community College of Philadelphia, a student cullinary club has partnered with campus administrators to erect a greenhouse and offer students a chance to learn how to grow things they can eat. Grady's Community Garden (named for the groundhog who shares space with the greenhouse)Â launched in October 2018, and will offer the community a chance to get their hands dirty while working to reduce food insecurity.
